The first time I ordered the cosplay it arrived damaged with a hole the support was terrible.
After 26 emails they finally agreed to send a new one. (I had to pay for the shipping myself) The second one arrived and I had no problems , I only had one shooting and then I kept it in its original bag for 1 month , it started turing blue out of nowhere I am furious. At first I thought it was my fault due to the fake blood but the blue marks font match eith where the fake blood was.
Hi, we understand your frustration, but since you've already used and stored the costume for a while and also mentioned using fake blood during the shoot, it's really hard for us to determine exactly where the staining came from—even if the marks don't perfectly match.
We’ve seen the photos, but because the costume has already been worn and kept for some time, it’s not possible for us to verify what caused the discoloration. We appreciate your understanding.
I'm 5'11 and always worry about the length of costumes. I ordered a Medium and the dress and accessories were still long enough to cover the important bits! The material is really pretty and pearly in person :) While the costume fit, I think I would have been a little more comfortable one size up. It does not stretch like you think it might!

very nice and pretty cosplay. only issue I had was there were 2 dull black stains on it that I couldn't get out and it arrived with those stains :( other than that, very nice cosplay :) more pics on my insta @gintku
