1. About Our Size Chart

Please always check the size chart in the product description before placing your order.

Most of our costumes follow Asian sizing. If you are uncertain, we recommend choosing one size up.

Our models are mainly wearing size M for reference.

All dimensions are measured manually. Please allow a 2–3 cm deviation.

*The cup may change for different costumes.

2. Why Cosplay Sizes Feel Different

Different cutting standards: Cosplay costumes often include structured parts such as padding, bust cups, armor, or collars, which do not stretch like daily wear.

Body proportion differences: Even if bust/waist/shoulder measurements are the same, the fit can vary depending on torso length and body shape.

3. Additional Notes

Not all measurements are listed in the size chart (e.g., torso length or certain detailed parts). If you require additional size information (not including Collab Series), please contact our customer service.

A costume not fitting perfectly does not mean it is defective—variation is normal due to cosplay-specific design and sewing.

4. About Uwowo vs. Collab Series Sizes

Costumes with the white Uwowo logo (Collab Series) use size charts provided by our partners, and we cannot change those sizes.

Costumes with the red Uwowo logo (Uwowo Original) usually come in sizes S–3XL, following our in-house standards.

Any presale+instock items in one single order will be shipped when the presale items arrive.

In-stock items: *Labelled 【In Stock】on the title or in the description 

Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. 

Pre-sale items: *Labelled 【Pre Sale】on the title or in the description
It usually needs few months for the batch production. Your order will be processed as soon as the costumes are in stock. Estimated time of delivery can be found in the description below. ETD might be delayed.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need any changes on your preorders.

Shipping time begins after your order is shipped depending on the shipping methods you choose at the check-out page. Once your packge is shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your email.
