Shipping Timeframes

Shipping time begins after your order has been dispatched. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Methods, Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of your package. The final shipping fee will be displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping Policy
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $400. However, please note that the following regions and countries are excluded from this free shipping policy:
Greece, Croatia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Chile, Peru, Serbia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Colombia, Guatemala, Uruguay, Iceland, Norway, South Africa, Qatar, UAE, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Brunei, Vietnam,  Cambodia, Myanmar, Reunion, Bolivia, Algeria, Belarus, Bangladesh, Argentina (Puerto Rico and remote islands from USA)
Note: Cosplay weapons are not eligible for free shipping.

International Shipping Customs

  • USA Shipping: Our current shipping to the United States includes DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means all import duties and taxes are already covered in your shipping fee; you will not need to pay any extra charges upon delivery.
  • European Shipping: For orders to Europe, our commercial shipping rates already include a €3 customs duty fee & VAT to simplify the clearance process.
  • Other Regions: For countries not mentioned above, customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes that may be applied by their country's customs department.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can also view your tracking details by logging into your account on our website.

How to Track:

  1. Click the tracking link provided in your email or account.
  2. Copy your tracking number into the carrier's website.
  3. Important Note: We strongly recommend NOT using the Shopify App (Shop) to track your order, as its updates may be incomplete or delayed. For the most accurate information, please use our website or the carrier's official tracking page.
If you encounter any issues with tracking, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

Delivery Disputes

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package:
  • Please check with family, neighbors, or building management.
  • Verify the drop-off location with your local delivery person or carrier.
We cannot cover or replace packages marked as "Delivered." Most customers find their packages after checking with their local community or carrier.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the cost of the item only (shipping fees excluded). Customers must pay a new shipping fee for reshipment.
  • Destroyed Packages: If a package cannot be delivered due to an address error, the carrier may destroy it. Even if the status says "Return to Sender," it often does not return to us. In this case, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment.
