REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Return Period
We offer a 15-day return policy for the USA and non-EU regions, and a 14-day return policy for customers in the European Union. This means you have the applicable number of days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its pristine, original condition—meaning it is unwashed, unworn, and entirely unaltered. The product must be strictly contaminant-free, with no presence of pet hair (dog/cat), dander, or lint, and must remain completely odor-free, without any added smells such as perfume, deodorant, smoke, or laundry detergent. Additionally, all original tags, labels, hygiene liners, and specialized packaging must be intact and included, accompanied by a valid receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will be asked to provide clear photos of the received items, the packaging, and the shipping label. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement, missing part reshipment, or a refund at no extra cost to you.


Starting a Return(Address Upon Request)
To start a return, please contact us at support@uwowocosplay.com (or uwowocosplay@gmail.com) to request a return.
  • Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the sender's address on the package. Once your return request is approved, our customer service team will provide you with the correct return address and detailed instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Hygiene-Sensitive Goods: Wigs, facial hair, undergarments, socks, and stockings (once the original packaging or hygiene seal is unsealed).
  • One-Time Use Items: Shoe covers, boot tops, and costume shoes (if worn outdoors).
  • Clearance Items: Products marked as "Clearance," or "Last Chance," or "Last Batch."
  • Partial Sets: We do not accept returns for individual components of a full costume set.
  • Gift Cards.

 

Sizing & Minor Variations

  • Sizing Issues: If an item does not fit, we accept return requests within 15 days of receipt. Return shipping costs for sizing issues are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking our size charts carefully.
  • Minor Differences: Please note that a 1-3 cm difference from the product description is normal due to manual manufacturing processes. Slight color variations due to digital display settings or studio lighting are also expected. Such minor differences do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, and original shipping fees remain non-refundable. For international returns, the customer is also responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees incurred when the package re-enters our jurisdiction; these costs will be deducted from your final refund. For high-value returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

 

Exchanges
Items eligible for exchange must meet the same strict condition and exclusion criteria as returns (unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging). If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us to initiate the request.
Note: We do not ship replacement items in advance. We must first receive, inspect, and approve your original return. Once accepted, we will arrange the shipment of your new item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a new shipping fee may be required for the exchanged product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the original condition, unworn, with tags and original packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Disagreements & Policy Compliance
Compliance with our policies is essential for a healthy community. If there is a disagreement regarding these policies, or if a chargeback is initiated in violation of these terms, we reserve the right to decline any future orders from the account or individual involved.
