I am very happy with both the cosplay and the customer service. After placing my order I was able to change the size of the product without any problems. The costume is very detailed. The tail arrives a little wrinkled but this can be straightened out with a few heavy books. The pants are too tight around the butt for me personally. I was also able to come to an agreement with the seller on this topic. I made a very good first experience with this Shop.
GermanyGorgeous but size up
I was really excited for this cosplay and I really love the quality but the measurements are so off.. I have a waist of around 80cm and the 2XL Pants were really tight on me. But I enjoy how it looks overall! The size-chart just isn't accurate :(. Also,the white glove is sewn very huge and looks pretty bad when worn,so I recommend fixing it!

After waiting 4 months for this cosplay, I hoped it would be ok but I was devastated when opening it. the sizing chart is NOT accurate, or they sent me the wrong size. I would suggest ordering a size up if you still wanna order this. It was extremely wrinkled upon opening (the back bow was so crumpled especially). The quality is also honestly just terrible. The "gems" are cheap plastic that are unevenly sewn on. The entire cosplay also reeks of glue and makes my head hurt to be around. I also purchased the hat and shoes. They were both also extremely cheap looking. The hat was so crumpled upon arrival that it's unusable. I'm just so extremely disappointed.

The materials are nice, pretty comfy, easy to put on. The size fits me perfectly even though the shorts aren't stretchy so they're a little tight. Overall it looks great and just like in the picture. I had to do some work on the "tail" to make it stay how it's supposed to, but that's natural for how it was designed. The gloves are shaped in a strange way but they still fit. I love the details and quality though. Everything arrived within 2 weeks.

Im extremely satisfied with the cosplay! The shipping time was quick and the cosplay itself has a great quality too. The bow has a few wrinkles but these can be straightened! It was my first time ordering here so I was a little scared of the measurements but I’m positively surprised!
AustriaWell made with a couple problems
Nice fabric, lots of details, clever design choices. However the arm movement is restrictive- I couldn't even put on my shoes in the jacket. Also, the light up jewel was quick to fall off. Lastly, I believed Furina's gem that adorns her lower back was supposed to be in the center but the costume seems to want you to put it on the side. See, the gem and 'tail' are attached with a large clip. There's a bit of fabric to attach it to but it's on the side.
